We work with both. The majority of our work is delivered as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors and developers on new-build residential and commercial schemes, but we also carry out insulation upgrades directly for homeowners and property owners.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and comply with all Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations. Certificates of insurance are available on request for main contractors and clients.

Yes — the majority of our projects are delivered to main contractor programmes on active construction sites. We are experienced in coordinating with other trades and meeting agreed sequencing and deadlines.

In most cases we supply and install using certified materials from trusted manufacturers, though we're also happy to install client-supplied materials where specified by the design team.

No, quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. For larger projects we will typically arrange a site visit to confirm scope before pricing.

Yes. All of our insulation systems are installed to current Part L (Conservation of Fuel and Energy) requirements and relevant Irish and European standards, and to manufacturer installation specifications.

Depending on the system and specification, we install stonewool (mineral wool), PIR, EPS and phenolic insulation boards, along with EWI render systems from leading manufacturers.

Manufacturer system warranties apply where we install to full specification using approved materials and details. We're happy to discuss specific warranty terms for your project.

This varies significantly by project size and system — from a few days for a single dwelling to several months for a large apartment scheme. We'll provide a realistic programme as part of your quotation.
