Quotations provided via our website, by phone or email are estimates based on the information supplied at the time and are subject to site survey and confirmation of scope. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated, and do not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
4. Provision of Services
Where we are engaged to carry out insulation works, the specific scope, programme, price and terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, order or subcontract with the client or main contractor. These website Terms & Conditions do not override the terms of any signed contract or subcontract agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for contracted works will be agreed on a project-by-project basis and set out in the relevant contract, order or subcontract documentation. Standard construction industry payment terms and the Construction Contracts Act 2013 (where applicable) apply to relevant contracts.
6. Warranties
Where we install insulation systems to full manufacturer specification using approved materials, applicable manufacturer system warranties may apply. Specific warranty terms will be confirmed as part of the project quotation or contract documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ThermoBuild Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
